Information submitted through this website's forms is used only to review your inquiry, respond to you, and agree on an appropriate form of interaction.

What data is saved

We may store your name, preferred contact method, project information, city, website or social link, and the text of your inquiry. The website does not request payment details, passwords, or identity documents.

The inquiry may also include its language, topic and submission page, the first page visited in the current tab, the referring website, and campaign tags. Tab storage (sessionStorage) preserves this source as you navigate between sections, without a persistent visitor identifier. Search queries, query parameters and fragments from external links are not stored. Browser storage restrictions do not prevent form submission.

Purpose and retention

Veniamin Tkachuk's team processes this information to respond to your inquiry and conduct related business communications. At the data subject's request, information can be corrected or deleted.

Where inquiries are stored

Inquiries are stored in a private website database and sent to the team’s CRM and private Bitrix24 chat for review and response. Access is restricted to the team handling inquiries. Club applications are also transferred to a restricted Google Sheet in the designated work account so the team can review candidates and preserve responses.

Transfer to third parties

Personal data is neither sold nor published. Technical processing uses the website’s infrastructure, Bitrix24 and, for club applications, Google Sheets, solely to store, review and respond to inquiries.
