Union for life
Family is where honesty, patience, and the ability to keep one's word are tested most clearly.
About Veniamin
The story of an entrepreneur, the founder of Narayana, and the initiator of the ecosystem of Narayana · SATTVA Business—someone who believes that building a business and developing as a person belong on the same path.
In brief
Veniamin Tkachuk was born on April 2, 1988, to a rural family in Moldova. Working from an early age taught him to take responsibility and find solutions even in difficult circumstances. After moving to Moscow, he progressed from entry-level jobs and modest living conditions to building his own service and hospitality ventures.
Moving to Sochi, adopting a more intentional way of life, and deepening his study of the Vedic tradition changed how he defined success. Together with his wife, Lilia, Veniamin began transforming a hospitality property into the Narayana Retreat Center.
Today his primary focus is the ecosystem of Narayana · SATTVA Business: 16 initiatives spanning communities, spaces, education, AI, development, construction, everyday services, and charitable work. Each initiative has its own team and responsibilities while sharing a common purpose.
This chronology is based on Veniamin's autobiography. Business figures and professional roles are published only when they can be verified independently.

For Veniamin, family is not part of a public image. It is a daily practice of commitment, care, and responsibility.
Family and responsibility
Veniamin and his wife have been married since 2010. They are raising two daughters and have chosen home education, taking direct responsibility for the learning environment, daily rhythm, and values that shape family life.
The whole family follows a vegetarian diet and works to turn respect for life from a belief into everyday choices.
Family is where honesty, patience, and the ability to keep one's word are tested most clearly.
They educate their two daughters at home, combining structured learning, time in nature, and active participation in family life.
We protect the children's privacy, so we do not publish their names, ages, or details of their education.

Taking care of the place where we live
The family expresses its values through practical choices: consuming less, living more intentionally, and caring for the natural environment close to home.
Veniamin's wife is an environmental specialist. The family sorts waste, sends recyclable materials for processing, and gradually makes lower-impact choices part of everyday life.
Veniamin participates in the Give a Tree to the Planet initiative and in planting projects that restore greenery and life to local spaces.
One practical contribution is helping create forest trails and quiet places where people can rest, meditate, and practice in nature.
This section describes personal participation only. It makes no numerical impact claims and does not speak on behalf of environmental organizations.
Worldview
Sattva business is not a religious label. It is an approach to entrepreneurship in which a useful product, fair agreements, care for people, and long-term trust matter as much as profit.
Veniamin has practiced bhakti yoga since 2018. For him, spiritual knowledge is not an abstract theory; it helps answer why we build businesses, relationships, and communities in the first place.
